Stefania is a junior lawyer in the Corporate and M&A team, where she supports clients on a range of matters including mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate work. Her role involves assisting with due diligence, preparing transaction documents, and helping ensure that each stage of the process runs smoothly.

Stefania was involved in conducting legal due diligence for the Romanian subsidiary of one of the most prominent insurance companies listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange; provided legal support in a range of merger and demerger procedures involving leading players in the Romanian market; assisted in complex corporate restructuring projects; and offered comprehensive day-to-day legal advice to Romanian subsidiaries of multinational groups with a global footprint.
