Sandra has more than nine years of experience in corporate and commercial work, mergers and acquisitions projects and life sciences regulatory issues.

During her career, she has advised a significant number of domestic and international companies operating in various industries. She has been involved in many complex projects, including cross-border transactions and restructurings, also advising on commercial, corporate, contracts and life sciences related regulatory aspects. Her work includes due diligence analysis and drafting the whole spectrum of transaction and corporate documentation.

Sandra’s most recent M&A and corporate projects include: Legal assistance on the transactional aspects related to the sale by a Polish private equity investment fund of the majority stake in Romania’s leading fitness chain; Advising an investment management and real estate development group based in Hungary with respect to the transactional matters related to the acquisition of a centrally located Class-A office building in Bucharest, with a total surface area of over 19,000 square meters;

Advising a major Portuguese payment processor operating in Europe and Africa on the commercial contracts aspects of the due diligence exercise, as well as on the corporate aspects of the transaction, as regards the acquisition of a leading company involved in the processing of card transactions in Romania.
