Roxana is a fully qualified Romanian lawyer with 11 years of legal expertise and specializing in the real estate sector. Throughout her career Roxana specialized in providing comprehensive legal assistance for real estate transactions to clients from a wide array of industries, such as agriculture, healthcare, oil and gas, construction, and banking. Her expertise covers every stage of the transaction process, including conducting due diligence, structuring transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful deal closures. Furthermore, Roxana has guided clients through retail and office lease agreements, general contractor agreements, and navigating regulatory challenges related to construction and urban development. Also, Roxana holds valuable knowledge in renewable energy projects.

Among the most notable achievements we mention assisting a global leader in renewable energy investments in the acquisition and development of one of the largest on-shore wind farm in Romania by reference to project output capacity (approx. 396 MW related to 58 wind turbines). Roxana has also provided assistance to an important logistic developer in two transactions encompassing the sale and lease-back of logistic warehouses totalizing approx. 42,000 sq. meters. and assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a London-based fund in capitalizing its real estate assets located on Romania totalizing over 40,000 sq. meters.
