Oana is an Associate within the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions team, having 2 years of experience in business law. Her primary expertise lies in corporate and commercial law. She provided legal assistance and representation to companies during key stages of their incorporation and development, covering a wide range of activities encompassing both ongoing corporate legal affairs, as well as commercial topics.

Oana has been part of the team that provided assistance and representation to several Romanian and global operators in industries such as machinery and industrial manufacturing, oil & gas or IT, as well as Romanian subsidiaries of international key players in EPC or engineering sectors, in day-to-day corporate activities. Oana’s most recent corporate and M&A project have also included assistance in carrying out a due diligence exercise over a Romanian target company which operates in the rubber and plastics products industry.
