Oana has more than 10 years of experience gained in both local and international law firms, as well as with a private international consulting engineers & contract managers firm operating in Romania. Oana is a litigation practitioner with solid experience in civil, employment, administrative, fiscal, commercial, intellectual property, construction, restructuring and insolvency law. Her portfolio of mandates includes disputes in which she represented domestic and international clients in all levels of jurisdiction, including before national courts and arbitral tribunals. In her previous work with prestigious law firms, Oana has managed to build an impeccable reputation for both professional quality and client care. Her clients regularly refer to her as “partner” in recognition of her solid dedication to their projects. It is this combination of professional support and unique attention to the client’s needs that has made Oana able to successfully work on the most sophisticated cases.

Oana has successfully represented multinational clients such as a large distribution company acting on the FMCG market, in connection with a dispute initiated against the company by an employee as a consequence of their dismissal, as well as an international airline company, in connection with various disputes initiated by passengers who had suffered damages as a consequence of flight delays. Advice included both pre-litigation negotiation with Airhelp (the company that represented 70 passengers in their claims) and representation before the national courts. Also, Oana was part of the team who provided advice to the client on the strategy to be further implemented to limit future claims.
