Mona has experience in advising local and international clients on European law and competition law With a technical expertise covering a diverse range of antitrust/competition, merger control, state aid and foreign investment matters across various industries (including electronic communications, financial services, energy, FMCG and retail, online platforms, automotive and distribution systems).

Mona’s Career Highlights include being involved in the Competition Council’s top 3 investigations by reference to the imposed fines, successfully assisting a financial leasing company to cancel the Competition Council’s fining decision on an exchange of sensitive information affecting the financial leasing market and successfully assisting a high-profile dairy company to cancel the Competition Council’s fining decision in a case concerning four retailers and their suppliers.
