Miruna is an Associate in the Competition team, working with clients from various industries on a wide range of competition law matters, from merger control and antitrust investigations to compliance and day-to-day regulatory support. Her practice also includes advising on foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and offering guidance on sector-specific regulatory issues, particularly in energy, retail, and technology.

In her role, Miruna is involved in preparing merger notifications, assisting during proceedings before the competition authority, and helping clients navigate complex compliance frameworks under both Romanian and EU law.

In recent projects, Miruna has been involved in drafting merger control filings and assisting clients throughout antitrust investigations initiated by the Romanian Competition Council. She has also contributed to the preparation of FDI notifications and supported clients in aligning with competition compliance requirements. Her work has included matters in the real estate, energy, retail, tech and consumer goods sectors, including multi-jurisdictional transactions and sector-specific regulatory assessments.
