Miruna is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice. She has graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, and has completed an LL.M. in International Arbitration.

With a solid academic foundation and having strong analytical skills, Miruna regularly assists on various corporate projects, as well as on commercial and contractual matters, assisting both local and international clients.

She is passionate about business law, and she uses every opportunity to further develop her practical skills in the field of corporate and M&A projects.

Miruna has provided day-to-day corporate legal assistance to Romanian and international clients, primarily in the IT, real estate, and services sectors, covering a wide range of corporate governance, compliance, and commercial matters. She assisted in the legal due diligence and transaction process for the acquisition of a company operating in the insurance sector. Responsibilities included risk assessment, review of contractual and regulatory documentation, and support throughout the negotiation and closing stages.

Miruna is actively involved in drafting key commercial and corporate documents, including shareholders’ agreements, service contracts, and internal policies, tailored to the specific needs of clients across various industries.
