Marina is a fully dedicated litigation practitioner, having her experience gained in both local and international law firms. She has expertise in all dispute resolution practices, having assisted both local and multinational clients on matters concerning banking, employment, enforcement, real-estate, competition, fiscal, commercial and corporate litigation.
She has been involved in various court cases and dispute resolution practices due to her ability to adapt to every client’s particular needs and her attention to details, finding the best strategy in a particular court case, while managing successfully the workload to meet deadlines. By assisting different clients in their multiple courtroom claims, she has the needed skills to handle multiple litigations at the same time.
Marina’s portfolio includes various mandates deriving from different types of contracts, concluded between economic operators and / or between companies and public authorities (administrative disputes) in areas of practice such as commercial, construction, retail, real-estate, etc.
