Lavinia has been involved in large projects involving listed companies, and has gained considerable experience in the field of capital markets, by advising clients in relation to a wide spectrum of regulatory and complex capital market matters. In particular, Lavinia’s work focuses on the corporate life events of companies and she has acted as advisor in various projects, including a share capital increase of a company listed on the Multilateral Trading System managed by the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

In addition, Lavinia has a strong legal background in the highly regulated pharmaceuticals field and has provided legal assistance on a wide variety of regulatory matters, ranging from the placement on and withdrawal of medical products from the market to pricing, distribution and promotion of medical products.
