Iulia has over four years of experience in a wide range of litigation matters. Her areas of expertise include commercial law, administrative and tax procedures, insolvency and restructuring, enforcement proceedings, family law, and malpractice. She also has experience in corporate and commercial matters, having assisted clients with contract drafting and review, as well as regulatory compliance.

Iulia has delivered outstanding results in numerous complex cases. One of her most recent and notable successes involved a large-scale, high-profile matter that began during enforcement proceedings and evolved into insolvency litigation. Representing a client among multiple creditors, she successfully secured the partial recovery of the debt. Other significant accomplishments include the annulment of unlawful tax decisions, securing clients’ rights to interest payments, and the cancellation of penalty reports issued under the E-Transport regulations. Additionally, she has effectively halted unlawful enforcement proceedings, acting on behalf of major international clients.
