Irina’s experience of more than 17 years covers the entire range of legal issues related to labor law. She has advised local and international clients and managed complex legal projects in her area of expertise, such as advisory on employee rights, collective agreements, dismissal and collective redundancy procedures, compliance investigations, stock option plans and safeguarding of employees’ rights in the event of transfers of undertakings. Irina has advised numerous clients from various business sectors, including retail, automotive, banking, telecom and pharmaceuticals.

Irina is a regular speaker, trainer and author on Employment matters and was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for her valuable contribution to AmCham’s advocacy activity. She has shared her expertise by contributing to leading textbooks such as C.H. Beck’s Book of Contracts – Drafts, Comments and Explanations and The Littler Mendelson Guide to International Employment and Labor Law. Irina has also written articles for “DowJones Ostwirtschaftsreport”, “Debizz”, “The Diplomat”, and “Business Review“ on various legal topics.
