With over 12 years of experience in the legal field, Ioana is recognized and appreciated for her ability to manage complex legal issues, as well as for her strategic approach to align legal provisions with the organizational objectives of the clients with whom she collaborates, both local and international.
Throughout her career, Ioana has been involved in multiple projects in the field of labor law, assisting clients from various industries in various labor law issues, with a focus on dismissals, reorganization processes and projects involving the protection of employees' rights in the event of transfers of undertakings (TUPE), cross-border secondment agreements, due diligence processes, the review and drafting of different types of individual employment contracts and the revision of internal regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
Also, Ioana has experience in commercial and corporate matters, dealing with corporate changes at the level of Romanian companies and in regulatory matters, being involved in the authorization by the Romanian authorities of an insurance company and of a financial investment broker.

Ioana has worked on a significant number of projects which include preparation of memoranda on topics such as types of dismissals, transfer of employees and of legal opinions on ways of organization of working time, risk reclassification of services agreements concluded with limited liability companies or self-employed persons, work during the weekly rest and other important subjects.
She has also prepared and supported trainings for clients on harassment and discrimination in the workplace, as well as on the correct way to implement collective dismissal procedures and more.
