Cristina has advised local and international banks, non-banking financial institutions, investment funds and insurers as well as financial industry associations. In recent years she has been involved in NPL projects with an aggregated value of over 1 Bil. EUR, in which she has advised on structuring and negotiation of the transactions, banking regulation, and consumer protection law. In the real estate sector, Cristina has provided legal and business advisory services to a large number of important international developers interested in operating in Romania, being involved in numerous due diligence projects and real estate transactions.

Cristina has worked on highly complex and prominent transactions in the financial services market, including the Blue Lake project, where she assisted the buyer of a large NPL portfolio.
