Călin has assisted and represented major international and domestic companies in all types of litigation (including tax, civil, employment, and public procurement). He has been involved in conducting risk management due diligence, assisting and representing clients in external regulatory and criminal investigations, internal fraud investigations, regulatory compliance, regulatory investigation and regulatory challenges, as well as in white collar projects. Călin has represented clients in domestic and international arbitration cases and his practice also covers debt recovery, foreclosure proceedings, and restructuring projects.

During the last few years, Călin has been involved in complex white collar litigation cases, crisis management, and fraud investigation. He actively participates in tax disputes and insolvency procedures.
