Andrei has been actively involved in the Financial Services department, advising both local and international clients, including banks, non-banking financial institutions, payment institutions, and insurers, on a wide range of projects covering various aspects of financial services. His work has included assistance with cross-border provision of services, regulatory matters involving payment institutions, banking operations and anti-money laundering compliance.

Some of Andrei’s recent projects include a broad range of areas of expertise including investment services, authorisations of payment institutions before the NBR as well as projects based on PSD 2 payment services, CSRD reporting, and advice to banks and non-banking financial institutions on regulatory compliance and operational matters.
