Andreea specializes in a wide range of corporate and M&A issues. She is involved in cross-border and domestic share deals and asset deals, business transfers, mergers/demergers, restructurings, liquidations, diverse corporate changes and complex due-diligence exercises.

She also provides day-to-day, as well as specific, assistance to numerous high-profile clients in various sectors, such as healthcare, retail, agribusiness, IT, financial services, banking and automotive, including with respect to entry on to the Romanian market and the incorporation of a local entity (i.e. as a limited liability company, joint-stock company, representative office, or branch).

Andreea’s expertise extends to financial regulatory and consumer protection issues. She advises her clients with respect to the regulatory requirements under European regulations and the local applicable laws. She is especially involved in projects related to leading e-money issuers, payments services providers, credit institutions and insurance companies.

Andreea’s most recent projects include assisting MedLife in the acquisition of 50% of the shares of Neolife Romania, one of the largest medical players in the oncology segment in Romania, assisting Paval Holding in the acquisition of a minority stake in Tei Group, a major player in Romanian pharmaceutical retail and assisting the shareholders of Dentstore in the sale of their shareholding to Abris Capital Partners.
