Alexandru focuses on corporate & comercial matters and M&A projects. Alexandru has been involved in legal due dilligence processes in various fields (healthcare, couriers services, oil), focusing on multiple areas of expertise, such as corporate, commercial, financing, insurance and litigation. He has also been involved in the preparation and drafting of corporate documentation necessary for the signing and completion of transactions.

Alexandru’s most recent M&A projects have included the sale of a participation in the food retail sector to a major international retailer, the sale of a private equity stake in the hygiene paper products industry to a regional growth fund, an investment by a private equity group in the healthcare sector specializing in fertility clinics, and the sale of a majority stakeholding in the eyewear retail market.
