Alexandru Adam is a Managing Associate in our Bucharest office, with a strong focus on real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and energy law. He provides strategic legal support across the full spectrum of transactional matters, from complex share and asset deals to day-to-day advisory services for major domestic and international clients.
Alexandru also has extensive experience in urbanism and regulatory matters. He regularly advises on due diligence and disputes involving zoning requirements, urbanism plans, and building permits.

Alexandru has played a key role in several landmark transactions, including working on the acquisition of a major office portfolio in Bucharest — one of the most high-profile deals in the Romanian market to date. He has also advised on cross-border exits in the green energy sector, as well as handled complex buy-side mandates for office and industrial assets. In addition, he provides ongoing legal support to one of the most prominent industrial players active in Romania.
