Adina mainly focuses on corporate & commercial matters and mergers & acquisitions projects. She has assisted both local businesses and large multinational clients from a wide range of industries.

Adina’s work has covered both sell-side and buy-side due diligence activities with a focus on corporate matters and commercial contracts, drafting transaction documents and other related corporate documents. as well as assistance in implementing transactions.

Adina has also handled day-to-day corporate and commercial operations.

Adina’s most recent corporate and M&A projects have included assistance to a global player on the manufacturing of luxury goods market in carrying out a due diligence exercise over a Romanian target subsidiary in the field, advice to one of the leading producers of chemical products in carrying out a due diligence exercise over a Romanian target in the field, assistance and representation to the Romanian subsidiary of a major producer of machinery goods in day-to-day corporate activities as well as advice to the Romanian subsidiary of one of the leading producers of printing and ancillary equipment in day-to-day corporate activities.
